Terms of Service

nuwex.cc lets you create a public profile page at nuwex.cc/yourname with links, music, widgets and your own look. By using the site you agree to these terms.

• Accounts are created with Discord. You can then add a password in your settings and also sign in with your username or email.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account. Don't share your password.
• Don't create extra accounts to get around a ban.
• We may change a username that impersonates someone, is offensive or squats someone else's brand.

• anything illegal, or anything that encourages illegal activity;
• hate speech, harassment and attacks on people or groups;
• scam links, phishing, malware and "free V-Bucks"-style scams;
• sexually explicit content;
• pretending to be another person, a brand or our team;
• spam, and content you don't have the rights to — especially uploaded music, images and fonts.

Don't abuse the site either: no automated scraping, bypassing security or interfering with other people's accounts.

Anyone can report a profile. Our team reviews reports and may hide content, change a username or ban an account. Every such action is written to an internal log. For serious violations we may act without warning.

Content you upload stays yours. By uploading it you let us store it and show it on your profile — otherwise the site couldn't work. Uploaded files have a public address. Templates you publish can be used by other users.

Badges come from roles on our Discord server or are given by the team. We may change or remove them, e.g. if you lose a role.

The core features are free. Premium unlocks extra customization. It can't be bought yet — it is granted through a role on our Discord server or by the team. Once it can be purchased, we'll publish the price, payment method and refund terms here.

We run the site as well as we can, but we don't guarantee it will always be up or bug-free. We may add, change or remove features. The service is provided as is.

You can stop using the site at any time. You can delete your account yourself in your account settings. We may ban or delete accounts that break these terms.

What data we store and why is described in the Privacy Policy.

Questions are handled on our Discord server. If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top; continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms.
